OBE Tool for Manipal

Working

Khagendra and I are working on the OBE Tool as our minor project for MU-Jaipur. It's a platform to manage Outcome Based Education processes efficiently. It helps with curriculum mapping and performance analysis to meet accreditation standards and educational goals.

Pathaan

Working

Precision Android Targeted for Hostile Annihilation and Nullification

Mahek and I are leading the project for Pathaan, a robot you control with your brain. It has a turret. This project blends robotics, brain mapping, and physics for something really cool! Plus, it will be a four-legged robot.

Working

Leading a team of six developers, we are currently engaged in crafting the official website for the cultural fest of Manipal University.

CryptX

Completed

With Aditya Purnima and Krish Goel, we worked on this project for our club's Randomize(); cryptic hunt event. We used Node.js for the backend and Svelte Kit for the frontend. This platform hosted our cryptic event, showing questions and updating the leaderboard in real-time.

Portfolio Website

Working

Check out my cool stuff – projects, blogs, and interactive things – on my dynamic website powered by the latest tech (Node LTS, Next.js 14). Dive in, handle content easily, and see what I've been into lately in the "Last Listened" section. Are you into tech? You can also see the Python and Bash scripts behind it all!

Scripts

Completed

Naah... Automate it!

I made bash scripts to boost my server, automating tasks like finding and downloading media for Plex and Jellyfin (even when the connection is weak!), moving files in batches with custom names, and setting up dynamic DNS for easier access – no static IP needed! This project shows my skill in automation and my interest in making server management easier.

EdiImg

Completed

Image Manuplation Software

Hrituparna Pathak and I worked on a project for our 5th semester Digital Image Processing class. We made EdiImg, a simple desktop app for editing images. It's built with Python and has lots of tools to help you change your photos.

Doom Scroll

Completed

because learning shouldn't feel like a chore

Krish, Mahek, and I joined forces for a 36-hour hackathon aiming to revolutionize learning. We observed Gen-Z's preference for bite-sized content over in-depth studies. Taking inspiration from TikTok and Reels, we conceptualized Doom Scroll: an app featuring an engaging Instagram Reels-style feed on various topics, powered by a fine-tuned GPT-4 model.

Banking System

Completed

In our fifth-semester Software Engineering project, Kashish and I worked together to make this banking app. While it wasn't super complicated, we learned a lot about planning, designing, and making it work. We used Java for everything, getting better at the language and how it's used in real projects.

Server Setup Script

Completed

Get rid of server setup struggles! This script automates SSH login and smooth RDP access. It creates users, installs window managers, and more - all automatically. Save time, skip manual setup, and get a ready-to-use server fast. Let automation unlock your server's potential!

Manipal Careers Portal

Completed

One-stop Application Hub

I led a team of developers to create the Manipal Jaipur Careers Portal. It's easy to use for both academic and non-academic applications. Our team made it simple for HR to see applicant profiles, photos, resumes, and manage statuses. This made hiring easier and reduced paperwork a lot.

Startup Weekend Jaipur

Completed

I led a team to create a website that helps event planners. Our admin panel makes sending emails and signing up easier. People can enter events securely with QR codes, and signing up is faster, making Startup Weekend paperless! The tech stack we used was Python for the backend and admin panel, while the frontend was built on React.

Project Thumbnail

TEDxMU-Jaipur

Completed

I teamed up with Mumin Bhatt, who created the cool particle animation you see on the homepage. The website helps with signing up for events, shows speakers, and tells you about upcoming events.

Project Thumbnail

IEEEMUJ Official Website

Completed

Although I didn't build the website from scratch, I teamed up with two others to implement several new features. These included sorting committee members by year and preserving data from previous members. This collaborative effort ensured the website remained relevant and valuable for its users.

IEEE Breached 3.0

Completed

IEEEMUJ's Annual Cryptic Hunt

This was an online game where people from all over the world could sign up and play. It was my first time putting together a big project like this (at least, that's what I thought at the time!). There were some problems along the way, but everything turned out okay in the end. I want to mention that I didn't do everything on my own; a senior helped me a lot. The seniors here are really amazing and helpful! ❤️

Genesis 2.0

Completed

IEEEMUJ's Annual Tech Fest

The BEST senior I've worked so far with, Tanay Srivastava, more than just a great developer, became a supportive mentor and felt like a brother to me. I learned so much from him. He went above and beyond, creating a truly supportive and collaborative environment. "Tanay" == "great d̶e̶v̶e̶l̶o̶p̶e̶r̶ human ❤️" About the project, it was the website for the annual IEEE fest.

ICCT'23

Completed

International Conference On Intelligent Communication And Computational Techniques

Though I didn't create this website entirely, I did troubleshoot bugs and add new pages. We faced loading time issues. It was built with PHP. I worked under Dr. Mahesh Jangid, a fantastic professor, on this valuable project.

Manipal Events Portal

Completed

Joining a 3-person team, I helped build the Manipal Events Portal. Although new to backend development, I played a role! Our portal aimed to simplify event management for clubs and the entire college, no more event spam in group chats! While we didn't launch due to challenges with the frontend, I learned a lot from the amazing senior developer I worked with.

HOMJ Official Website

Completed

Humans of Manipal Jaipur Club's Official Digital Hub

The website, serving as the official platform for HOMJ Club, enabled users to write and publish blogs, stories, and comments, while also facilitating profile creation and friend connections. It was essentially a basic copy of Medium. However, due to a change in leadership, the site was never launched.

Project Thumbnail

WeConnect

Completed

Connecting People, One Click at a Time

A social media web app where users can create their profiles, connect with friends, and engage through likes and comments on each other's posts. Hrituparna Pathak and I worked on this project. This was our EL project, btw.

IMDB Clone

Completed

This is when I started tracking the movies I watched and organizing them in my watched movies list. I found myself in a phase where I was determined to build everything from scratch after learning about development. It's a common stage for developers—a belief that we can create our own network of tools (I guess). Yet, as life often does, reality struck. P.S. I'm still embracing that phase, with no plans to leave it behind.

ContactsApp

Completed

I built this web app during my initial days when I was learning development and experimenting with different concepts. It was pretty basic, allowing users to perform CRUD operations on each contact. The UI, at the time, seemed pretty attractive :)

Brick walls are there for a reason. They give us a chance to show how badly we want something.
